"We just arrived home from an amazing evening..We went to a Pasta Opera!! Not knowing what to expect and hoping it would be entertaining...We took some cousins from New York and Toronto out for a fun evening. Knowing that New York city and Toronto have excellent entertainment...finding something great to do was going to be a challenge. It was an outstanding evening. Not knowing what to expect we entered the restaurant on Park avenue, in Mile End...a revitalized theatre and restaurant. We were shown to our table...and found the venue quite old, interesting and charming. 

The host for the evening David Bazzali, Cuisin & Opera, was so pleasant, charming and entertaining as he explained how the evening would be filled with a delicious full course dinner and lots of singing. What an unbelievable voice! He was accompanied by Manuel Blais, also an accomplished singer, and an excellent pianist....and another pianist who accompanied the singers when they performed their duets. Davide prepared pasta on stage and sang as he did so!! The singing chef! Words cannot describe how beautiful this evening was. All night long all my guests were thanking me for the evening, and telling me how wonderful everything was...and that they never saw anything quite like this in both Toronto and New York.

for more than 3 hours, all 7 of us, dined on the delicious food, and enjoyed the most beautiful singing, in English, French, can see the entertainers were enjoying themselves ...and the singing of arias and beautiful songs were really quite breathtaking!

The combination of the delicious food and the wonderful music and outstanding talent made this evening evening to remember! I recommend it highly...excellent plus! I believe they have a pasta opera every month! Don't miss it!
